We believe in keeping things simple! We offer four distinct packages that can be combined for full end-to-end event management, or you can choose any individual package to suit your needs.

Project Management - £500​

In consultation with you, we will develop and oversee a comprehensive project plan to ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, we will handle all supplier sourcing, relationships, negotiations, contracts and communications.

Supplier Sourcing - £0

This service is offered completely free of charge as we take a small fee directly from the supplier.  This includes venue sourcing, sourcing of caterers and all other smaller suppliers such as Photographers, Wedding Cake Suppliers and so on, and we always secure the best available rates.  Click here for more.

Event Design & Concept - £500

Engage us to craft a unique and personalized vision for your event.  In consultation with you, we will provide an online and interactive vision board, curating a collection of images, color palettes, and ideas to visually communicate the overall aesthetic and atmosphere.  Once this is agreed, and In line with your budget, we will then set about sourcing the agreed deliverables and presenting them on the day.

On-the-Day Coordination - £750 (for up to 8 hours, additional hours @ £80/hour)
